Metro Diner

Woke up hungry this morning and decided to come here! I'm so glad that I did. We were welcome by miss Debbie[5011]. Excellent customer service and was very attentive to our every need. The food came out hot and delicious as you can see in the photographs. This is now my official morning stop to start my day off!

This was my second time having brunch at this location. For a Sunday around 10 am it was a very short wait to be seated. Unfortunately it then took half an hour to place our order, after they had to find a new waitress because the other one was too busy, and then they did not seem familiar with their own menu. They claimed that one item came with a side and it did not, that it was cheaper to do it one way and then apologized that the menu must have changed because it wasn't like that anymore, and it took a while to get the check. The first waitress wasn't very pleasant, but the new one was nice and did apologize for the problems. Luckily the food was good and hot.

First time here. Place was friendly but noisy. The food was great. Lots of it. All took home leftovers. Mashed potatoes were the best I have ever eaten. Very good variety from soup and sandwiches to full meals. We lad a large group but were seated right away and service was good.

Will go regularly . Good service, clean, pricey but, huge portions so you can have it for lunch the next day also. I had the meatloaf, potatoes with gravy and squash with zucchini. All were very good. Cooked perfectly. Lots of flavor. I want to try the chicken and waffles next time.
