Great customer service. The food was fast. I gave it a 4 star the coffee tasted like it had been sitting for some time. The restaurant was clean
This place is hard to figure sometimes.
I come here often.
This trip didn't go as well.
This time I had to wait on chicken.
6 minute wait turned into 15, then was told another 3 minute wait.
That wait turned into another 10 minutes or so.
Chicken came up, and when the orders were put together they were wrong.
The cook and the server were not prepared for the late evening rush.
They were not getting enough chicken ready for that rush.
It was probably around an hour before closing.
If you are in business, you want to be "busy".
You just have to be prepared for it.
This comes down to management.
I liked my visit here. I don't normally eat fast food, but came here because I was starving and I kind of wanted breakfast. Bathrooms were clean, staff was friendly, food was fast (as advertised). I like how they have the calories on the menu because it kept me from overdoing my portions.
Clean restroom and clean restaurant, both are important to me.
It was rather warm out and the young lady gave me a medium cup after I paid for a small because "I was on my bike and she didn't want me getting thirsty". Such a nice young woman.
Fresh and delicious. Never any complaints either visit here. Always friendly service. Order has been correct each time.
Plenty of seating and parking. Parking large enough to accommodate a greyhound or trailways bus therefore, those groups traveling by a bus that size has plenty of parking space.
Wheelchairs push and electric are accessible to eating tables and booths. One using a wheelchair electric or push may access the bathroom and have plenty of room to maneuver.
