“I visit this Little Caesars location regularly and typically have a good experience. The store is quite clean and the staff is (generally) fast and considerate. During my most recent visit the employee on register was neither of these things and actually charged me for an incorrect item, albeit a small mistake. I will definitely continue using this location but customer service in the areas of attentiveness and courtesy could be improved upon.”

“Purchased the 2 Greek Gyros for $6 and large Curly Fries for my hubby and I to share. Food came out hot and fresh! Fries were piping hot, crispy and didn't have that old oil taste. Gyros were stuffed with hot meats, cold toppings and the perfect amount of tzatziki sauce, all on a warm, moist pita/flatbread. Service was warm and friendly, line wasn't terribly long for early dinner rush.”

“Food was good. The manager was not. The sprayer for soft drink dispenser came off the machine and sprayed my husband's pants with soda. Manager just said "oh, it will dry". No customer service knowledge at all. The cashier and other workers were much more polite than the manager apparently can ever be.”

“It has been a while since I visited KFC. Thought I would give it a try today. Customer service was great. No complaints on their part. Had the buffet bar, food was ok. Chicken breast was a little on the dry side out of the oven. I can’t say anything negative to this location directly. I think the staff is doing their job. KFC in general doesn’t have the quality of chicken they once had. Not sure what the issue is. Maybe cook times or even hold times on the meat itself. Once again to be fair, I don’t think it’s this location directly. Probably more on corporate side. $10.00 all you can eat, I guess you can’t complain to much for a buffet bar.”

I ordered a mixed drink and it was so good because the bartender used Fresh strawberries. Great experience. “?? It is what it is!! Drama all the time. Only a few employees really care that you are there. Most of them are only paycheck workers. We use to think highly of this place. The food is still good, but the customer service is really suffering. We only eat there a few times a month for supper. What used to be a pleasing family supper has turned into what seems to be a rivalry of which one can down-grade the other one the most. But yet, the owners seem to do nothing but talk about the problems instead of taking action. All in all, I guess things could be worse, like having a dog still the very best steak, LOL”
