The Smokin' Pig - Williamston

Outstanding brisket. My first visit and it determined there will be many, many more as there is a huge menu to explore. Friendly, courteous service that makes the meal more enjoyable. Only open a partial week so plan your visit. And a nap afterwards...

All of there meats are great and I recommend the Brisket and Ribs especially. But I've got to say I would go here only for the sides. Every side they have is amazing. I really cant pick out a favorite because they are all great. I tried the glazed chicken tenders Friday and they were amazing. So really you cant go wrong with anything they have so dont think you have to just go there for BBQ

The food is very tasty (as is most barbecue.) Location was clean and service was prompt. Pricing is on the high side. It was 19$ for lunch. Would recommend but it's not cheap.

This is the best BBQ in South Carolina! The staff is always friendly, the food is always fresh and you can't beat the prices. I typically get mine to go and the wait is never long. When I do occasionally dine in the place is always clean, and the service is fast! I love the Smoking Pig and Williamston is really lucky to have one in our quaint little town!

My husband and I are somewhat BBQ snobs. We smoke our own all year long, make rubs and sauces, and never stop watching BBQ shows. We've even planned vacations around BBQ places we could stop and eat. With that in mind, we often have high expectations and this was not a disappointment. We tried ribs, chopped chicken, sliced brisket, and pulled pork. All were good. I'm normally a pork person, but the chicken was so good I can't wait to go back for more. The ribs were a little too sauced for my liking, but that's just preference. They were still good and I'd eat them again. The Mac and cheese wasn't great, but the baked beans, sweet potato crunch, and banana pudding we're all really good! Even the roll was great lol. We're planning to go back soon. I'm dinging 1 star because I can't believe a BBQ place doesn't have Mac and cheese every time they're open, and because it wasn't the best, but again, everything else was good!
