Herban Market and Cafe

Vegan/plant-based peeps. This place is a MUST when you’re going thru or staying in Beaufort. We were there only for one night and ate at the Herban Market TWICE. Veggie wrap - do it. Salads are wonderful. Soups - spot one. Desserts are phenomenal. Great staff, indoor/outdoor seating. Just go!

My experience was wonderful as I was searching for healthy vegan choices and meat alternatives. Loved the taco salad, tuna salad and the juice bar choices. The place is exceptionally clean and the design attractive both inside and outside. They have covered tables outdoors. It's a bit pricey...but worth it. Service was good and staff friendly. The location is awesome on a corner a block from the waterfront park so you can walk there and/or downtown too.

Shared the tuna wrap and bean burrito with a friend. Best tuna hands down, ever! Topped it off with the GF peanut butter cookie. Fantastic place, with casual vibes and a great view of the the water.

What a lovely lunch place with a nice patio. Even plenty of shade available! Don't get tempted by the great food offering and order too much - portions are huge! A soup can be a lunch alone, and we took more than half of our sandwich home after having a soup. Everything tasted delicious. What a neat idea to make a veg Reuben with beets. Loved it!

Had the breakfast burrito. Eggs, spinach, avocado, and tomato on a spinach wrap. Generous portions and great service. Very friendly atmosphere. Great location. Wife had the falafel which was well enjoyed. All around a great stop.
