J Lee's Coney Island

Disclaimer: this was their first day so I will be direct but yet give them a bit of a break.
First I would like to say all the food was very good and authentic Detroit Coney dogs. I grew up in Jackson Michigan where the Coney Dog was first invented, so I know a thing or two about Coney dogs and if you wish to have an original Coney Dog this is the place.
Con: we ordered two orders of fries and we're given only one, we take half responsibility because we did not check.
The onion ring portion was way below the normal number with only four small onion rings
Conclusion: the restaurant needs a Michigan Coney Island feel, with South Carolina charm which could be done with more photos on the walls.
The staff were very friendly and dedicated and with time, effort and attention to detail this could be the very best Coney Island hot dog restaurant in Beaufort South Carolina.
