Plums

I had the grilled turkey sandwich. It was delicious. I had regular fries but I saw some sweet potato fries go by and that's what I'll have next. Waitresses were get!

Plums was delicious. Good service, great atmosphere. We had the shrimp and crab dip for an appetizer and split fried shrimp and shrimp and grits - all yummy!

Our first time in Beaufort and we decided to go to Plum's based on a recommendation. Allow me to explain my rating. I definitely think it is better than a 4 but not quite a 5. I thought the atmosphere was wonderful (5). The food was delicious (5). The service was the downfall (3). It was slow and a little disorganized. I felt their was some confusion in that department and we spent about 90 minutes there for lunch. Other than that, it was a gem to find. I would recommend Plum's and I would go back again.

Super nice server, wish I could remember her name. She was very polite and was very quick with everything. She even suggested we hang out until the storm outside settled despite us taking a table from her. The portion sizes there were a bit weak as my fiance and I were still a bit hungry when we were done.. okay if you're planning on getting dessert though!

We dined for lunch on 7/5/19. The hostess staff was very friendly and greeted us promptly as we walked in and prior to this a male employee that was standing in the lobby area quickly came to hold the door open for us when he realized we were coming in. We were seated by a pleasant young lady. And that’s where the promptness ended. Our dining experience was just shy of an hour and in that time most of it was spent waiting for our server and food. We sat for almost 10 minutes waiting on her to arrive, which by the time she did, we already knew what we wanted so we placed our food, drink and appetizer order at once. Drinks came within 5 minutes(waters and sweet tea). Appetizer (crab and shrimp dip, side of grits for my infant daughter) took about 15-20 minutes. The rest of the food took so long that I requested the rest of the meal to go because it was starting to drizzle and we’d sat so long my children were getting antsy. And we never saw our server again once she dropped off the drinks, every other step of our service was completed by another employee. I’m not even sure she told us her name. The food was pretty good but the service once we were seated left a lot to be desired.
