Just terrific pizza apps and entrees.
Excellent clams. Best I've had in a LONG while. My 3 year old barely left me any!

The wood oven pizza is superb too. The crust is classic Neapolitan done right. The edges are perfectly pillow-y and the chew satisfying. I don't know how they do it but the center holds up to toppings perfectly with no soggy flop. The flavor is spot on and well developed. We tried the Fire Eater, Acrobat and Classic (cheese only) were very happy!

The creme brulee is a stand out.
Next time we'll definitely try the wood oven entrees, can't wait!

I recently had the immense pleasure of dining at Deano's Wood Fired Grille, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for an unforgettable meal.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Low Country Boil. This dish was a true masterpiece, featuring an exquisite combination of succulent shrimp, tender lobster, flavorful sausage, sweet corn, and perfectly cooked potatoes. Each ingredient was impeccably fresh and seasoned to perfection, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that danced on the palate. The gluten-free cornbread was a delightful addition, offering a moist and savory complement to the main course. And let’s not forget the crisp, refreshing salad that provided a wonderful balance to the rich and hearty boil.

As if that wasn't enough, the wood-fired cheese pizza was nothing short of extraordinary. The crust was beautifully charred and crispy, yet soft and chewy on the inside. The cheese was melted to perfection, oozing with deliciousness and leaving a lasting impression with every bite. It was clear that great care and craftsmanship went into creating this pizza, making it an absolute must-try for any pizza lover.

Cannot say enough great things about Deano’s and especially the owner Jennifer who is amazing! My first visit was for salad and the wood fired pizza, which was excellent. And just last weekend, we had a welcome dinner here the night before our wedding with all of our out of town family and friends, and they took care of us so well. Kristen was our server and she was fantastic! We had 30 people and all anyone said was how delicious everything was and how great the service was. The live music added a fun touch to the night. Very reasonable prices for the quality of the food too! I highly recommend Deano’s for a night out or as an event venue too. Jennifer is just so kind and helpful and she really did everything she could to make our night perfect!

I will honestly say that this is a hidden GEM on Hilton Head Island. The food is amazing I think they cook everything in a wood fire grill which is different but delicious. If you have a significant other or this is a first date they will never forget the entertainment here is top notch. The restaurant has live entertainment, the BAND is awesome, it's a trio husband, wife, & new member. They were so awesome I went two days in a row. the music selections are more of an older genre but I'm sure you definitely heard the songs before they add their own twist to it, AMAZING! I Definity recommend this establish if you're in the area for an all-around magnificent experience call first to verify times for live entertainment. A must visit!

This is a great restaurant. We were looking for a place that wasn't super expensive with some comfort food. This place hit the spot. We tried the calamari, mozzarella sticks, fettuccine scampi, pizza and wings. All good and the pizza tastes like NY pizza ( my wife is a New Yorker).

The service was great. Our West Indian waitress was awesome!

The place is hard to find, but it's behind another restaurant.

I definitely recommend.
