One Hot Mama's American Grille

My family was looking for some good BBQ and One Hot Mama's looked like a good choice and it ended up being perfect!

We had riblets, pulled pork, brisket, and ribs and everything was flawless and the taste was perfect for a good couple lunches!

The side options are a good match for the main meats and you can't go wrong with any of them!

There is a lot of care with making the food and you can tell each chef has their own way of making things (not necessarily bad!).

Stopped in while on vacation to enjoy some good southern BBQ. We dined for a late lunch/early dinner so there was no wait to be seated. Good service. Food was yummy! Only “complaint” would be that the Mac n cheese seemed slightly dry, but was still good. Got a lot of food for what we paid for.

This is hands down one of the absolute best BBQ joints I've ever been too. Not just on Hilton Head Island, but anywhere. The wings were out of this world. The ribs were phenomenal. All of the meat was juicy and tender. Nothing was dry at all. The sauces were unique and delicious (the chocolate BBQ sauce is incredible). The staff were very polite and just the right amount of attentive. As an added bonus, the place was packed when we showed up. Despite this, we got seated quickly, and nothing felt rushed at all. Seriously couldn't recommend this place enough.

One Hot Mama's is one of our all time favorite restaurants anywhere and unfortunately we only get to eat it when we visit Hilton Head! I've never had anything that wasn't delicious and the service is always top notch! We visited last week and this trip was no exception! My youngest son and I shared the Baby Back Ribs and oh my were they good! The sauce was delicious and the most fell off the bones. My husband had a Pulled Pork Sandwich which was delicious of course and my other son had the Boneless Wings, which were massive and he definitely didn't need 10 of them! And you can't eat here and not order a basket of their awesome Jalapeno Cornbread! We already can't wait to eat here again!
