New Chinatown Restaurant

It was a pretty pleasant experience at first, but then we noticed that the staff weren't very attentive to certain tables... ours being one of them. It wasn't like every once in a while, it was as soon as we got our order our waitress disappeared!!! Well, it was more like we could still see her helping others, but I guess she felt we had everything we needed. I had to flag her down and ask whether we were supposed to get our own drinks, which wouldn't have been a problem, but she said, "no..." and then reached for my cup... after bringing my drink we didn't see her again until it was time to bring the check!!! We were there for at least an hour...????

Owners have changed, which is unfortunate. Old owners had been here since it was Remount Garden on Remount Road in North Charleston. They were super friendly. Some of the food, namely the chicken wings and duck sauce, is not the same. The food is still better than all of the other local buffets. Smaller selection, but all of it is delicious. The duck sauce used to be home made under the old owners. Not sure if it still is, but the taste is way different. Still better than the packets of stuff you get everywhere else. Prices are in line with other Chinese buffets. Overall, I recommend this place.

Took a family member out to eat here for their birthday. We were able to rent out the back space for free. Food selection wasn't the biggest but they kept it stocked and hot.

Lunch price was very reasonable for our family of 6. Large selection that was kept somewhat fresh even tho they weren't very busy. Friendly staff and restaurant is very well kept. Would recommend especially during lunch hours when the price is much lower...

Very clean and great food.

I am a fan of Chinese buffets. However, not all such restaurants are created equal.

I really like this one and have no compunction about eating there. The staff are friendly and very efficient. They keep the buffet line stocked with fresh food and your drink topped off regularly.
The price is reasonable and it is a treat for us to go here.
