No Frills.
The food is ok. You have to wait in line to order food and go to bar for a cocktail. However, if you want a spectacular view while sipping a cocktail, this place is worth the stop!! -
(July 10, 2019, 7:47 am)Rich in rustic charm. No a/c, found a table on the porch to eat dinner while we watched the sunset. Shrimp and oysters were tasty. Worth the wait in line.

(June 16, 2019, 1:39 pm)Really enjoyed this spot! Perfect location for sunset. You have to order at the counter and then get drinks and find a table. It was not an issue, we found a table super fast and the line wait was maybe 5 or so minutes. Food was served pretty quickly and food was delicious! Seafood platter/fried shrimp and oysters was my favorite. I believe when in season you can chuck your own raw oysters. Corn on the cob was yummy! Not an extensive menu but dosen't need to be. And also had a kids selection chicken fingers fries etc. Would definitely recommend!

(June 15, 2019, 6:59 pm)We moved to SC 4 weeks ago and have been to Bowen's 3 times. It's our new favorite. Not only is the food delicious, the service is fantastic. Manager Tim Burton told us "let us know if there is anything wrong and we'll make it right". So far, everything has been perfect.
