We came here for lunch after walking around the indoor market and it was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious. The seafood was incredibly fresh and well seasoned. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. I would highly recommend making sure you try a crab cake!
Really nice location overlooking the area to watch the carriages go by. Very polite staff and food was good. The vast majority of the menu (crab, steam pots) were very much so out of the budget, but the flounder Sandwich was well worth the $15 as were the DIVINE coconut shrimp tacos and grits.
A group of friends came in from out of town and wanted to see some sights. Someone mentioned "lunch" and I cringed. Trying to satisfy a large group seldom goes well. My wife suggested we go here and it was wonderful. Our group of eleven was seated quickly and the server was very courteous. The menu satisfies a wide range of palates and everything was delicious. We had fish, shellfish, salads, burgers, pasta, and finished with amazing salted caramel cheesecake. They saved the day for me and my friends realize how amazing Charleston is.
Most amazing experience. Alaskan king crab pot was spectacular even the sausage and corn was delicious. Had a side of greens and dis not even need vinegar. Desert was excellent key lime pie. Will most definitely return. Several days after our visit we are talking about "The Meal" as if heaven sent Manna to us. You guys are rock 🌟
The wait was really long, but it was worth it. The collard greens were spicy and sour at the same time and we did not enjoy them. The portions of actual crab and lobster were pretty minuscule for the price. You will pay a lot for your sides with a small amount of seafood. The shrimp were a little over cooked and hard. Otherwise, they had a good beer selection. If you like ginger ale, you should try the ginger beer. Our orders came out fast and the service was friendly. The crab and lobster were so fresh and delicious. It left us wanting more. Which, there should have been more since we paid $127 for the meal. The crab cakes were amazing. The grits were good too. We ordered the kids alfredo with our appetizer and our little one enjoyed very much as well. Other than the portions of crab and lobster, it was a good experience overall.
