Always a nice place, extremely pleasant people, good hot food, always to how I ordered it. Don't let the long line fool you - they know how to expedite it! They have people with tablets and laminated copies of the menu to take your order so you don't have to wait for the drive-through call box. They recognize you by name by taking your name with the order taking, then there's another person with an umbrella that will take your payment to also recognizes You by name. Then at the drive-thru where you would typically pick up food, there was someone actually physically handing me my order it that was outside of the window also addressing me by name. Very well expedited assembly line of service.

My son and I come here often, he loves to play in the play area. The people who work here are very nice. Great place to take your kids!

I like this Chick-fil-A location in West Ashley. They are clean, quick, and efficient in getting your chicken to you. I have never been disappointed when coming here and they have always exceeded my expectations. The staff here goes out of their way to make sure that each customer has a great experience. This is one of my favorite Chick-fil-As.

Their fruit bowls aren't big enough. I need to eat really healthy and quick on the go and its hard to find that. We need a place can grab good things and still get full so we don't always eat bad. Wish u had real bone wings like kicken chicken or wings. Different flavors. Cook to ordered.

They have wonderful food. My daughter and I eat there at least 2 to 3 times a week. That should tell you get out and try them. As the most reasonable prices, too. Thank you.
