    Is it just me or are the prices constantly increasing? And they've added tipping for staff? If I find my own table, refill my drink, and bus the table, that again I found, I'm tipping myself.

    Food's decent, but for the price you might as well hit a full service spot.

    Prices are absolutely outrageous. $10 for a mac and cheese entree that looks more like a side anywhere else. Coffee prices higher than Starbucks. Half a sandwich is like $5. The portions and prices just do not align, especially considering you have to pick up your food rather than have it brought to your table.

    The temperature is either too hot or too cold. The help try's to be pleasant but you can see it not real in all of them. My wife got criticized for using 2 tea bags. The could use supervision and could put in a little extra effort in customer satisfaction. I do like some of there items but think twice before going
