Wendy's

Wendy's is fine if you need a meal. Better than Burger King and certainly better than Burger King or McDonald's put together or McDonald's and Burger King put together they are those places suck I'd rather eat in the bowling alley

This Wendys didn't have any good tea made. What was in the lobby was pretty watered down. Needs better management based on the supplies needed in the lobby. Food was good though.

5/6/19 - I did a mobile order and I checked in at 1:11 but my food wasn’t ready till 1:40. I notice the cashier standing around or doing jobs that made her look busy without doing the work. While her other co-workers are around working more to cover her lack of work. She was also skipping orders on the screen, so 7-8 people were having to wait by the counter for their food. She was very eager to push that button and tell everyone that she’s doing so much when clearly she wasn’t. I had to go to her and ask if my order was even on the board because that waiting was getting ridiculous. After going back she told me “Yes and it was getting made.” That’s when a coworker noticed that she was skipping orders as well and that’s why so many people were in the front waiting.
Then they didn’t have water bottles, so when I asked for a refund she didn’t make an effort to get the manager and continued on with the line. I had to get the manager’s attention myself.
I’m glad I got out when I did because I was getting frustrated at her actions messed up her coworkers and irritated at how lazy she was being.
Food is always great, but man was that aggravating.
I wish I got names, but I had to get out of there.

This place is good as far as fast food goes. Good staff training. Service is fast most times. Food is, well, fast food. They do have some salads and baked potato. Open late for the night owls.
