Chili's Grill & Bar

On the menu the picture and described food said what you would get as a full order of ribs, Street corn, fries...$18.99. Or you could order a half order for $11.99. I order from the menu the half rack. I don't eat a lot of food because I had by-pass surgery.
When my order came, I started eating and said to my mom, this corn does not taste any difference and it doesn't look like the picture. I was give plain corn on the cob not Street corn on the cob that was pictured.
I ask the server about the corn and I was told I ordered a half rack so I didn't come with that Street corn. It didn't say that on the menu. To me, that is disception. I was told I could by it as a side after the fact for $3...
So I don't think I'll be coming back to Chili's. I paid in cash. It was my mother, my 2 grand children and me that choose to come eat here in the rain.
This needs to be addressed in writing, on the menu.
The food was taste. Just not what was advertised.

First, the service here was pretty great. The staff were tentative to cleaning tables, and our waitress was really really nice! I wish I remembered her name... Anyways, the meal was pretty delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly, and I could slice through it like butter. Broccoli was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The mashed potatoes are usually served loaded, and I asked for them plain. I added some shrimp, but I think they were overseasoned. They were pretty overpowering when paired with a piece of steak. Then again, it's probably how they usually season it? Not sure. They were good but had a strange after taste. Maybe it's garlic? Couldn't tell. They $5 Monthly Margarita was a good deal and yummy. Blackberry tea delicious. Great experience overall ????

We were celebrating my husband's birthday, but also had to get to a movie. We alerted the server, and she was very responsive. We had a coupon for a free appetizer, so she called the manager over and made sure to get the needed code. We also explained that we were following the keto diet, so she also suggested decent alternatives. The food we got was tasty, and we finished in plenty of time for the movie. I highly recommend Ryan.... She was very attentive and responsive. We'll definitely return!

What can I really say? The food was awesome, beer was cold , and the service was great. The prices of Chili's are always reasonable, my burger was awesome, I kind of wish I would have got the boss burger with the brisket and smoked sausage on it oh, but that's just so much food. Definitely check it out oh, you won't be disappointed. If this review helped please give me a like.

Been going there for a few years now. Staff is always wonderful, friendly and attentive. They do steaks better than Outback and quesadillas better than anyone else I've ever had. Would recommend to anyone. Portions are definitely worth it for the price. And they were perfectly okay with our one-year-old and his havoc!
