“I have been dining at eggs up for a while now. Usually make a trip once or twice a long. Always a great experience at the Ladson location. The Cane Bay location seems to have different processes and for that the Ladson one gets my 5 starts ?. I really love the payment process no back and forth with receipts and book they use a hand held card reader and various tip amounts are able to be selected and that is worth 10 stars.”

“I saw the ratings posted by others and thought I'd give it a try. It's a simple interior with a nice menu from appetizers to desserts. I was honestly surprised by the excellent hand tossed and old world style that had a perfect crust, the cheese was high quality and stretched out as I ate. In a different location, you wouldn't be able to get a table! It's that good! My only suggestion is to use Google maps to find it. The signs didn't draw my attention. Not sure if I would have found it otherwise. I would have missed a great meal! It's worth driving out to visit. The 18 inch is huge and loaded with toppings. Will definitely be back on my next trip.”

“It's in an odd location and I don't recommend getting a window seat. But what makes this place so spectacular is the food and the wonderful service. I had an awesome Hibachi dinner plate with N.Y. steak and Salmon and was thoroughly impressed. My girlfriend got a lo mein special and the amount of food she got for $10 blew my mind. Takara is a hidden gem and a wonderful place, we will be back.”
