My friends and I started out with a couple of appetizers which were the arancini and mozzarella sticks.

Arancini are rice balls stuffed with savory mixture of ragu, ground beef, cheese and spices coated in breadcrumbs then deep fried. Although these are typical Sicilian street food snacks I certainly could have 2 orders and make a meal of them for the ample size of these delicious "little oranges."

The dredged, coated and pan fried buffalo mozzarella cheese appetizer were crispy on the outside and ooey gooey delish on the inside! They were fried to perfection and sure made it difficult to share with my friends. Ha!

Now for the reason I come to Pizza Pazzo, the pizzas!

I have visited Naples, Italy. Knowing Pizza Pazzo's pizza chef is from Naples and the fact that the restaurant cook their pizzas in a wood burning pizza oven you better believe you should be getting authentic Neopolitan pizzas!

Sidenote: For the people who negatively and non-constructively compare Pizza Pazzo's pizzas to some other pizza place who serve non-neopolitan pizzas should be ashame of themselves and should expand their knowledge and taste for regionalized pizzas. I recommend traveling throughout Italy!

Chef Tony brought out the Paola pizza in white sauce topped with arugula, prosciutto, EVOO, parmigiano cheese...my eyes followed the pie as it was lowered on to the table and I started to salivate. You know when your senses kick in at the sight of something so delish you begin to drool! Ha! That was me!

Mangiamo! Typical thin, soft crust with a bit of bubbling and fresh ingredients. It was baked properly as I now look at the bottom of a slice before taking my first bite. I'm no pizza connoisseur but I've gained a little bit knowledge through some travels and having Italian friends who can cook! I was taken back to my visit in Naples and having tried one of the top pizzerias there! 'Nough said, just come out, try for yourself and treat your taste buds.

Tiramisu for dulce is a must for me with pizza as it is one of my favorites. Theirs is homemade and so delish. Almost forgot, my friends and I each had a glass of montepulciano. Salut!

Cibo incredibile e grazie chef, Tony!

Ordered the Fra Divalo pizza with pepperoni. The crust was perfect and it had just the right amount of spice. The chef came out and chatted with us. He was very hospitable. Pizza Pazzo is a friendly place with excellent food.

If you love authentic Italian pizza, this is the place! We had the vegetarian pizza and the meat lovers pizza, and they were both delicious! The ingredients were fresh, and the pizzas are made in a wood-burning oven! The chef and staff wear masks, which made us feel very comfortable during Covid. The restaurant is beautiful, and we will definitely return! Great pizza, great wines and beer!
