An awesome happy hour during the week and an awesome place for Sunday brunch. Food is consistently good, drinks are cold, and the ambiance can't be beat. plenty of cover to keep you out of the sun if you eat in the cabana bar and the A/C works well upstairs if you want to eat inside. great place to come by car or by boat for that afternoon cocktail, or a nice evening meal. Can't say enough nice things!

I read the reviews before reserving a table. Perhaps the lackluster meal was because they were busier than expected. The table beside us sent a steak back to the kitchen. Our party had BBQ Salmon, Shrimp Scampi & Grilled Chicken Pasta. With the latter two, the shrimp & Chicken were good, but the pasta was bland. The salmon was good, but not something I would order a 2nd time. Add to that the noise level was too high to carry on a conversation, (because people at other tables were screaming in order to carry on a conversation). I realize that is not a problem with the establishment though. That's just people being rude.
If you decide to give these folks a try, be sure to make a reservation. We watched as people waited to be seated the entire time we were there.

First off, it's scarily accurate how Google knows I was Water's Edge and not the other couple of restaurants near it. That being said, I would highly recommend Water's Edge for anyone looking for a good Happy Hour deal (5-7 pm $2.50 house whiskey, that's an insane deal, ya know?). The food is really good too. I had the tuna steak there recently and it was cooked to perfection, a nice medium, and very flavorful. The bread that accompanies the meal is delicious as well. Back to the bar area underneath, the service is prompt and the staff is knowledgeable. My double whiskey and Coke was delicious. Grab a beer and walk the pier. You won't regret it.

Wonderful! Service was great. Food was excellent. I had the shrimp and grits. I will be back for more! My husband had the burger....excellent choice for people who are not crazy about seafood. Our server was Sean. He was very polite and made excellent recommendations!

The food was very good, I had the seafood pasta with the spicy cream sauce. Very tasty, with a nice kick of heat. Wife had shrimp and grits and thought out was excellent. Less pleasing was the French onion soup which was served in a soup dish (instead of a crock), and came to the table barely warm. Sent it back for reheating, and it was very warm, but not hot. It was tasty, but the presentation was lacking.
