Zoës Kitchen

This location was struggling the day we went in. It was a Tuesday around 1245pm and the wait was really long. The tables were a mess and the workers were struggling to keep up. At one point, the kitchen yelled to the cashier that they were "25 minutes on some tickets." Maybe it was just a bad day for them but then they missed some of our order. The food arrived and tasted great! Unfortunately the chicken orzo soup had zero orzo. Like I said, everything tasted great but the service experience was pretty lousy.

Love this place. Always neat and clean with friendly staff. The manager gave me my food anyway after I asked for a refund because it took too long for my food to come out.

Personally, there was nothing wrong with this restaurant. It just wasn't my 'cup of tea'. However, Kate, who took my to-go order, was exceptionally pleasant and helpful in assisting me with my order. If you enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, I would certainly give it a try.
