Callie's Hot Little Biscuit Catering

My husband and I came to the catering location for "biscuit school", which was wonderful. We had so much fun and asked ALL the questions and ate up ALL the biscuits and it smelled SO GOOD in there. Scheduling and payment was easy too, plus we got a signed cookbook and tons of great pictures of ourselves with flour on our aprons, just like chefs on TV. AND, this week I made the biscuits again to bring to a friend's house and everyone said they turned out great, so I must have learned something besides how to chow down on fresh baked carbs. I had a biscuit-making lesson with my friend Annie when we visited Charleston for the first time in April 2022. Leigh Ann Garrett was our instructor. Under her direction, we had no trouble turning-out delicious biscuits. It was great fun--one of the highlights of our Charleston experiences!

I was ecstatic to find Callie's Hot Little Biscuit Catering a couple of months ago when looking for a company to deliver some goodies to our corporate office. I worked with Leigh Ann, she was responsive and helpful, and I didn't have to worry about a thing since I was communicating with her from Flagstaff, AZ. Our team thoroughly enjoyed the surprise delivery to our small office near downtown Charleston, and I will use them again shortly when we move into larger digs! I thank you!

I had a semi-private baking class while visiting Charleston in April which I arranged by sending an email to Callie’s. I was delighted to get back a personal reply from Leigh Ann who graciously arranged for a terrific personalized baking class experience. I was able to learn how to make the fabulous biscuits Callie’s is famous for and then got to take them with me! Even reheated every day in the hotel microwave for breakfast the biscuits were fantastic! The instructor was delightful and kindly gave me a biscuit mix and beautiful cookbook to take as a souvenir. The entire experience was just wonderful and of course the biscuits are amazing! I am happy to know the mix is sold here in CA near where I live and all my kids are enjoying the biscuits from the mixes I brought back for them. My Callie’s class was definitely a highlight of my trip to Charleston. Thanks Leigh Ann🌹🌹

Incredible service! And even more incredible food!
We used Callie’s in Charleston to cater my nephew’s wedding breakfasts- one for the guys and one for the girls as they were getting ready for their big day! Callie’s made the whole ordering and delivery process simple, arrived promptly at the hotel with yummy food hot and ready to serve. Everything needed was taken care of. the bridal party loved the biscuits and we got rave reviews & many enthusiastic thank you’d!! Great job, Callie’s Catering!!
