The combo plate is a great deal but I am a little jaded that some of the sides cost extra and you don't get to know that until you pay. 4 union rings seemed a little shabby but a burger, fries and a Coke for 7 bucks isn't too bad. Will probably go back.

(June 2, 2019, 6:07 pm)We went to The Cook Out for shakes. I had a peach shake that was delicious! Chunks of real peaches. You will need a spoon. The ice cream is too thick to get through the straw! Our Cook Out is in a college area. Always lots of young people inside and out. Service is always fast!

(May 13, 2019, 7:22 pm)If you're in a rush you're in a hurry or if you're just coming home at 2 in the morning stop by cookout. Burgers are decent barbecue sandwiches okay shakes are awesome waitstaff friendly courteous and helpful there may be a long line but I guarantee you to move fast. And last but not least get the onion rings do yourself a favor there good
