Dashi

Amazing food, awesome waitstaff and bar tenders, good vibe. Curry was the best I've ever had, duck ramen was so good. Can't wait to return.

Since quarantine started my family and I haven’t been out much. One time to another restaurant since March and then Dashi this past week. They accommodated our semi large party and gave us wonderful seats on the patio. The best thing about Dashi is their food! I have never been disappointed. This is a place you can go to and know you will always get amazing food. Doesn’t matter what you order. We’ve been following them since they were a food truck. As I’m writing this I’m rocking my Dashi Tshirt! Can’t wait to go back again!

Dashi is a cool little spot with Asian and Mexican food. The pad thai with pork belly and the burrito with seasonal veggies were both delicious! They have a great cocktail menu. Also have sake flights and wine flights!

I finally found Dashi available on Uber Eats and had to give in to peer pressure and give them a try, The pork belly steamed buns were delicious, and earned my skeptical hubby's thumbs-up. The patatas bravas also received his seal of approval, and were definitely munchable.

The stir fried noodles with steak were WAY too sweet, swimming in sauce. The noodles were supposed to be egg noodles, which would have helped soak up the sauce, but they were the thickness of mei fun or vermicelli. They weren't doing the job. The meat itself was well-cooked and tasty, but the excessively sweet sauce just overpowered everything.

The banh mi is beautiful. I haven't eaten it yet but if it tastes anywhere near as good as it looks, I will be happy.

The ginger lemonade is refreshing and delicious. The Thai iced tea is like you expect.

Not knocked out of the park, but happy enough with the bulk of our order. Will probably order again, but not the noodle dish. I forgot to try the lumpia so we'll have to give it at least one more try.

We LOVE Dashi. Probably our favorite #treatyoself restaurant in town. The food is fantastic, and we have been fans since it was just a Food Truck. The truck still runs, but the menu has expanded at their brick and mortar location at N. Murray and Remount.
We crave the Stir Fry Noodles, and my husband loves his tacos. The chili marinated fried chicken is the best, for sure. The flavor combinations are absolutely delicious. We are so excited and thankful they are open during this time. Go support them #local!
