East Bay Deli - Dorchester

Always a great place to eat a good bite either being salad, soup or sandwiches with plenty of choices to be made. A wide selection of greens and additions to your salad is available adding to the value of your choice in dining choice which is part of what you're paying for. You can eat in or take away the choice is yours, depending on the time of day is can get very busy inside if you're not a crowd person. Veteran status is accepted for a small decrease in overall price.

Had the Ultimate Spud for lunch. Baked potato with fried chicken, tomatoes, cheese and ranch. Pretty good for $5.99

I've had their catering before. That was good so I decided to go to the restaurant for some take out. I was not disappointed. The Chicken Cranberry was delicious. I delivered on the flavor and tasted fresh. The service was friendly and professional.

They are definitely hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great, quick and friendly service and other times, it’s poor. Today my sandwich was great. While not “expensive” by sit down restaurant standards, it is a little high for a deli.
