Slightly overcooked my steak, but it was still tender and flavorful. The server was too slow for such a small crowd on a Monday night.
Otherwise, everything else was great! The Blooming Onion and the bread was delicious, fresh and hot.
The cheesecake my wife got was really good, I'd suggest ordering from the Aussie Steakhouse Dinner menu as my wife did. But hurry if you want to check it out, its June only menu!
Had a lovely anniversary dinner here. The steaks were melt in your mouth tender and so delicious. Wait staff were friendly and very helpful.
Have mixed emotions about here. The manager on duty was so happy and seemed as if the place was running well. The server we got however was quite a question. . .as she began with "o.k. this is my table behind me and these tables over here are mine and I just want to let you know." We were all like...thought bubble... OKAY......who cares. . . well that should have been when we left. But . . .thanks Amanda. We had to ask for basically everything twice and didn’t get some until we left. If she would have stopped talking to all the workers as if she was at a party and concentrated on her job, I'm sure she could have been great! We stopped other waiters for help but didn't get much! So if you would like napkins and silverware to start, complete meals, not to have to ask for everything you need over and over, and a correct bill at the end; maybe go back down the hill to the 1 and a half hour wait at Olive Garden .....we should have know. She got a 10% tip still because anyone can have a bad day and I hope she's not really that bad all the time...less about you and more about the customer!
Starting this review with a disclaimer: The location is getting four stars because the good outweighed the bad. If you plan to eat here at any time close to a holiday, it would serve you well to have a reservation, no matter the size of your party. We were a party of three with one wheelchair. Several larger parties, including one who came in after us were seated before us while we were told there were no tables available. A patron who didn't even know us who was with one of those smaller parties actually complained on our behalf after her group was seated before us. When we finally did get everything settled, the food was delicious and the service was fantastic.
Ms Ann was very friendly and did an exceptional job with us and everyone else in her area! Our food was delicious! We didn’t have to ask her for anything she came back and refilled drinks and checked on us often! It feels good to know there is exceptional service/food still around!
