Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill

The staff was wonderful. We brought in, at the last moment, 30 people. We had just left a dance competition and decided to honor our seniors and they very generously serve us all. They were short on staff for that many on a Thursday evening. We didn't ask for anything special, understanding we gave them no warning. Service was a bit slow, but we were fine with it knowing we dropped a big one on them... Yet they took off all the appetizers and even the last minute ordered desserts, for us being patient. They really went over the top in hospitality! Thank you!

Raven did an excellent job with our party of 6. A happy girl. She got our drinks quickly and order. She checked on us and the food. Refills too. Ribs were tender and burger juicy. Also a thumbs up on the steak tacos.

I heard some great reviews of this place and decided to give it a try and I must say the food and adult beverage was great. Our hostess and waitress was amazing, they was attentive and on point. I will definitely return here again

Our Friday night visit May 3rd 2019. We had a party of 5 and were told by the hostess we would have a 20 minute wait to be seated. We all were looking around and noticed there were plenty of seating; the tables just needed to be cleaned. Out of nowhere comes China. China cleaned 8 to 10 tables to have all waiting (complaining customers) seated. She even told the hostess to wait a minute and had him to come help clear the tables that were available so they could seat people instead of keep giving waiting times. She's the type of person all restaurants need. She hustled to get everyone seated and was very polite. I do know some people get nerves during busy periods, but China did an awesome job of calming things down. She doesn't panic under pressure. I use to work in a restaurant business and did management for over 10 years. You guys are blessed to have her on your team. I think she would be a super manager. She took care of so many last night. I just had to give a great review. After we were seated We had an awesome waitress name Kerri (? On the spelling) She was awesome and the food was great. We all were grateful.
