    bread was warm and fresh, that is a unique occurance. the staff was connected and happy to be at work and it showed. one of the sauces i wanted was not up front, and she went in the back and made it.

    the cookies were very fresh.

    for a chain that has consistent products, the service here was connected and happy. sometimes ya get that overworked underpaid attitude, not here
