Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They really need to train the new employees on the menu. I asked a simple question about making an order without fries and the employee could not answer. When I got home with my Wings and Things order, I found out that they left off the Texas Toast. It was not worth the effort to even call the restaurant to let them know. I would advise you to check your order before you leave the restaurant to make sure your order is complete.

My wife and I love Zaxby's Cobb salad with a side of mushrooms and onion rings. The crew is always fast, friendly and thorough.

I usually don't come to Zaxby's but this day we wanted a quick chicken meal and omgsh! The wings were fantastic and the fries were so good and the thick toast that came with the meal was so tastey. I enjoyed every bite. Whom ever is cooking there, needs a raise! The customer service was pleasant and smiles are always a great addition to the whole experience.
