“I wanted a quick lunch that would be easy to eat on the road. There was no line at 1:15 so I expected no delays. I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich with unsweetened ice tea. I went to the soda fountain and discovered only sweet tea, so I went back to order taker who said she would have to get it as it was behind the counter. After waiting a while I asked about my chicken sandwich to discover no one was working on it. With me and 1 drive through customer and 4 people behind the counter this should not have happened. So after 15 minutes I got an overcooked dry chicken sandwich.”
