(March 10, 2019, 5:26 pm)Overall Im never disappointed with the quality of the seafood, my only concern is the communication side. The phone number on this website does not work so how are customers able to see if they have certain things. I wont be driving 25mins just to find out they are closed or out of crabs, shrimp, clams, etc....

(February 4, 2019, 1:26 pm)Penny Wiltsie White I have ordered the last 3 days - great until TODAY!! My order was not right, plus ordered tarter sauce and not there...ok... so I called and got "it is in the bag" I told him it was not in the bad 3 times.. I got "I know I put tarter sauce in, it is in the bag" and "What do you want me to do with getting french fries instead of tater tots...?" Really? My family had a restaurant for 13 years, and I know you don't treat customers like that!
After this incident they were AMAZING with their customer service and made things right! Their food is delicious! -
