Great service. We sat outside and had a table of 8 for an adults Birthday Party. The food and drinks all came out great! We loved Emma.

Ordered to go. Was told 15 minutes, waited a total of 40. Had to ask for the waters I ordered and when I got home, realized they didn't include the extra side of sour cream I ordered. Not a big deal, though. Food was still good!

Delicious, if you've been to a Chili's you've been to all the Chili's. And I mean this at all respect you're going to have a menu full of items drink items appetizers huge variety. This particular location deals with very high traffic sometimes it's a hit or miss depending on the weight no more than 30 minutes. Staff is great food is fresh prepared definitely one of my go to Chili's in the area. Can't go wrong

Lacey at the Dorchester restaurant was above and beyond amazing! She was good to me from the very beginning. I wanted curbside service. I called because I wanted food, an app as well as my free birthday cake. Lacey was wonderful and followed thru with all of my requests. Even when i got home and noticed the chicken sandwich was done completely. I called Lacey and told her the situation and she solved the issue with fantastic customer service. I've been in the CS business for over 25 yrs and she went above the call of duty to make sure i was happy with EVERYTHING! And she even wished me a happy birthday. Shes a gem and I will be back because of Lacey. Excellent employee. Thank you Lacey!!!

I always have the best experience there! Sabrina and Ashley go above and beyond to make you feel like family. Never see that anywhere. If you have been there once the next time you go back they know your name and what you like to drink. Definitely will keep coming back
