This visit to Shane's wasn't up to the usual standard..... I had a two meat plate and both meats were either old or overcooked, Very Dry.... especially Chicken..... My wife had a shack sampler and the bbq chicken in her plate was very dry and my daughter had an All American burger that was also dry.... Might have been an off day, Staff was nice.....

The burgers and pulled pork are great, but some of sides are...meh. Also, the last time I went there, they ran out of ribs! Oh yeah, and if you get wings, you have to add the sauce after they've been cooked. It's not a bad place, but there's a few things they can slightly improve on. My recommendation is to try one of the burgers or their pulled pork. It's delicious.

I am a fan of Shane's Rib Shack, but this was probably one of my least favorite experiences. Before I complain I want you to know that I figure this was just an off day and I will be going back, and when I do I will update my review. The lady at the register was extremely friendly but you could tell she was also extremely new and it would have been nice if someone with more experience was there to help her. And the food was alright but a little over cooked, making their chicken a bit dry. That being said, the store was very clean and the lady that served us was extremely professional and friendly.
