Peddler Steak House

Steaks are very good and the salad bar is very good but you'ld think for a $35 steak they would know how to bake a potato with a crispy skin like other top-end steak houses.

Fantastic place for steak.
Quiet atmosphere, reasonable pricing and generous cuts of steak seared to perfection.
The food is quite good; however, the plates had some water marks and were not exactly a good representation of the quality of food presented here. Parking and seating are somewhat limited.

My husband and I had a wonderful lunch this afternoon. We both chose the salad bar, and he added grilled salmon, while I added a baked potato. The salad bar is one of the best I've ever eaten from. The selection of items is huge, and everything is very fresh. The baked potato was hot and fluffy, perfect in my opinion. We will definitely return!

My wife and I planned on going to Outback but it was a 3 hour wait. So we tried Longhorn and they had a 2.5 hour wait. So someone suggested the Peddler. We had a great experience. Food was cooked perfect. The service was great. The price was a bit higher than the previous places mentioned, but not enough to keep ke from coming back.

Limited menu. Almost a decent wine list. OK service. Moderate pricing. Salad bar... Not a positive for me. I prefer a good cold freshly prepared salad. Entrees were OK at best. Sort of a strange combination of trying to be a quality and value restaurant. My advice would be pick one because you aren't doing either well. Probably will not return.
