    Pretty good, the new deal they have, play all you want for a certain time for different prices. . Good bargain. Helpful staff.

    I didn't get to eat but the staff I met was very nice and really seemed to like their job. They were great and very patient with the kids. It's great to have a place for the kids to go and actually see that they can play and not be a bother to the staff.

    Booked a birthday party on 2/22/19 and might I say it was amazing!! $24.99 for each child with all you can play games, pizza, drinks, and best of all our hostess! Her name was ariana. She was what made everything worth it. So gracious, kind, and fun! My two year old took up with her and wanted her the whole time. She was absolutely amazing and I’m recommending solely for her. Chuck E. Cheese Florence, y’all have an amazing crew member and she definitely needs to be recognized! Great job ariana!

    The salad bar is way too expensive, pizza was good. They need to bring back the jungle gym play area. Games were okay but they used to have much better choices.
