The food was quite tasty, but the customer service was seriously lacking in showing simple appreciation and common courtesy for the customer. The female associate at the first window was so intensely involved in taking orders, as I sat there several minutes waiting to pay, that not even once did she even speak to, much less acknowledge that I was there to pay her. The customer at the second window at this point had long since pulled off with their food while I sat waiting. When did simply acknowledging the customer face to face, who is directly in front of an associate, become Burger King, or any restaurant for that matter's, very last priority in a business transaction?
