    Good stuff. Really good BBQ but make sure you try the chicken and dumplings and the chicken bog too.

    Absolutely love Cain's BBQ. To me when you say BBQ, I immediately think Cain's. I've lived in Sumter now for 20 years. When I want good BbQ, I drive the hour to Cain's. When I bring some home for an event, everyone loves it, and asks where I got it, because nothing over here tastes the same or as good.

    This place is amazing! Their food is always really good, their staff is always really nice, and it’s very clean. Oh and their sauce is my favorite, it is so good that you could eat it with cardboard!

    It was really good food we all enjoyed it. My only issue was how hard it was to get a refill. The buffet is nice but not a whole lot of options yet they give you plenty of hush puppies. I love this establishment and will continue to go there. BBQ is great as well.
