Delicious food nice people

We stopped by on a whim on a Tuesday (when he's not even open) and bumped into a sweet lady in the parking lot (who turned out to be Herbs lovely wife) and she said go on in! Herb took our order and then shared his vast knowledge of the area while we enjoyed the best pulled pork I've ever had. The sauce is amazing! If you're in Georgetown I definitely recommend Herbs!!

Small local establishment with excellent bbq, sides, and a smokey sweet, slightly spicy sauce that goes well on pulled pork and is probably even better on ribs

I walked in and Herb was sitting back in a chair smoking a cigarette and I instantly knew this place was legit. Despite the cigarette smell, the strong smoked flavour of the meat conquered the little venue. We ordered the ribs and pulled pork sandwich. The pulled pork sandwich had a little more kick than what we wanted. The ribs were hickory flavoured, fall off the bone and drizzled in sauce. Portion sizes are good and food is well priced.
