    Look extremely clean and the people are cool. Need to come here a couple more times.

    I love Starbucks! However, since the restrictions with Covid-19, my only local Starbucks has had very erratic hours. I place and pay for my orders by mobile app.
    At least three times, I placed and paid for an order, used some of my stars, all deducted from my acct., went to pick up my latte only to find them CLOSED!! They had a sign posted at the drive thru and on the door, but that doesn't help when they accept and charge your order by phone, totally unaware until you get there, that they are closed. They need to adjust their mobile app to reflect when a location is closed!!
    To their credit, they did refund my money and stars after I called and reported the problem. It's just a hassle!

    But, I am an addict and I still go there!
