    I guess this is a fairly new location, so I will give them the benefit for the doubt. I was almost late for work this morning because I had be pulled forward for a mobile order that I placed..I was told that “someone didn’t show up for work”..anyway after I received my drink and headed to work, I realized that my drink was NOT my drink. It wasn’t what I ordered so I had to turn around and go inside to see what happened..they gave me someone else’s drink and my drink was sitting on the counter..makes me wonder if I was supposed to be waiting in the first place. They were a nice staff but definitely understaffed and unorganized.

    Had a wonderful experience today at the Fountain Inn Starbucks location. The employees were so sweet and very professional. And the cleanliness of the store was top notch! I will definitely be back for the speedy service and amazing customer service experience.
