Panera Bread

What the heck was Panera thinking when they changed their cheese Danish????? What is this new thing anyway, a pastry puff with cheese Danish topping? Panera previously had the best Danish, and when you want a cup of coffee and an old fashioned cheese Danish nothing else satisfies you.

On another note, this location is always clean and the staff is mostly helpful and friendly except they often don't show any sense of urgency when people are waiting. As far as the food it's consistent with what you'd expect at any Panera. But the Danish.... what genius made that decision?

My order was incorrect when I received it for delivery. The manager Kevin was really awesome in being understanding, and getting it corrected and delivered within 15mins. The customer service is awesome, and food is great. Thank you!! :-)

Panera bread on woodruff rd. in Greenville Sc is one of the nicest I've been to. On weekends there's live music outside and the food is excellent. Great crowd and family friendly!

Today Panera catered our team training event at our hair salon. The food and the service was amazing! Thank you from the Salon Adelle team!

Food is good and what you expect from a Panera. This location's staff didn't seem particularly helpful or nice last time we visited. Our order was complete but our buzzer hadn't gone off for a while so I went and asked and was met with sarcasm.

At the end of the day, the food was good.
