“We were walking past this store and it looked inviting and busy. So we walked in and were greeted with the wonderful aroma of cooking meat and happy employees. The menu has great choices and I immediately picked the Highland burger. The size of these burgers challenges your ability to open your mouth, but you must! What a scrumptious burger and fries with blue cheese. I will go back for more on our next visit.”

One unique thing about this restaurant was the tomato jam. I was surprised because it was not too tomato-y but also not too sweet, and was really well done. One thing you should know is that the restrooms are far away . . .”

Had to wait approximately 6 -7 minutes for another drink. Was never asked if we wanted another drink. We had to ask for another. Had to wait more than 10 minutes to order food. So we sat there waiting. We were not allowed to order appetizers first. Was told it needed to be ordered all together? Those two things we feel they need to work on. We drove over 2 hours to eat here for our daughter’s birthday. They gave her 2 cake choices. That was nice. Presentation was good”

“Incredible. Best duck I've had since I went to France a few years ago. Chicory salad was expertly put together. Eating it by itself was too bitter, but with the other ingredients, it's perfect. Beef tartar was hands-down the best I've ever had. Pork Milanese was the least impressive, but the curry remoulade is to die for. Drinks were great. Only real detractor is the closeness of the tables. Yes, it's a little pricey, but I think it's worth it for what we ordered.”

“Wow! Just…WOW! The food is delicious, the place is beautiful, and the service is amazing 🤩!! You’re greeted very warmly upon arrival, and it doesn’t end there. The staff makes everybody feel like they’re family. I had the beef Wellington which was cooked perfectly. My wife had the steak frites and my son had sushi. Everything was superb. “Other Lands is one of the best breweries I’ve ever visited - come here and support some amazing people! The beers themself are excellent, and there’s something for everyone. It’s obvious that the brewer really knows what they’re doing. Even non-beer drinkers can find something to like: natural wine & cider, high quality cocktails, coffee, and lots of non-alcoholic options too. Everything was very reasonably priced. The space is beautiful. I especially loved the patio! All of the food is made from scratch in their kitchen, and you can really tell everything is made from high quality ingredients. To top it all off, it’s pet friendly. There’s basically no reason not to come hang out here all day.”

“We had an excellent server named Andy. Our group of three had chicken Parm, a pizza and the sirloin steak. We all enjoyed our entrees. “After reading some of these reviews I was a little leary about trying this place but I'm so glad I tried it despite the negatives. The ice cream is delicious! The boys (high school aged, probably their first jobs) at the drive thru were sweet and there was no "aggressively asking for tips" the boy literally asked "would you like to add a tip?" When I handed him my card.. And when I did, he got really excited and seemed to really appreciate it. We will definitely come back”

“I’ve read several negative reviews of this restaurant that did not reflect my many positive experiences eating there. Nestled right on the edge of Reedy Falls Park, this two-story brick cottage with double fireplace (downstairs) exudes charm. Indoor dining leads you to the second floor up some rustic wooden stairs, while a covered veranda for outside dining is also available. Outdoor dining is the better option with plenty of heavy iron tables and chairs or wooden benches shaded by green fabric umbrellas in the middle of an immaculate and picturesque flower garden (see photo). Eating here on a warm, sunny Spring day is perfect. Their weekend Brunch menu is my favorite. The maple pumpkin walnut French toast is my go to, with the sweet potato pancakes a close second. I’m not a fan of eggs benedict, but my wife says they’re worth ordering. The fried green tomatoes are also a flavorful appetizer.”
