Delicious but pricey. Cant complain on quantity of food as you get a sackful of fries..but honestly id rather just get less fries and pay less. I feel the burgers could be either a little bit bigger or a little bit cheaper.
Awesome burgers! Large fry is enough for 4 people! Coke freestyle machines and all the roasted p-nuts you can eat! Patty’s are like you made them at home!
The best burger out there. Order is always right, so many fries and you can get it with so many toppings. Nothing negative here.
Fantastic employess! I showed up 3 minutes before closing and every employee greeted us with a smile and genuinely were happy to serve us. Great job!
This visit to Five Guys was my first time eating at the chain. A friend had told me all about the one in Charlotte after eating there while there on a day trip. While there I ordered a "little cheeseburger" and a "little fry." When I was given the total for those 2 "little" things and a fountain soft drink, I thought the place was horribly overpriced, but hey, this place is supposed to be amazing so I decided to try out the food and see for myself if Five Guys could live up to the hype. I easily found a table in the Five Guys dinning room. While sitting there, I was able to read reviews of the restaurant posted all over the walls. I was also able to learn more about the chain from a super sweet girl working there who explained where the french fries were farmed that I would be eating today and went over the whole menu with me since I told her it was my first time. Soon, my number was called and I received my order. It was in a brown paper bag already showing grease marks from the french fries inside just as a friend of mine had described all the orders from Five Guys. When I began unpacking my brown paper bag the amount of food stuffed inside was astounding! French fries were everywhere and believe me although the fry that I ordered was called a "little fry" there was nothing little about this order of fries. They were so YUMMY!! I got the Five Guys seasoning on my fries, but they also come with just salt (maybe salt and pepper??). The burger, which was supposed to be a "little cheeseburger" was great! It was also huge!! I was unable to eat the whole order, but enjoyed every bite I could force down! It's definitely not your average burger joint. I really enjoyed my lunch there and will go back. I'm just going to remember the quality of the food and service is proportional to the price, but well worth it.
