Marcos is the best! The rewards system isn't the best, bit they always provide coupons. Best pizza around.
Really great service the manager was there were fantastic I want to thank the gentleman driver in the young lady for their help and for getting me taken care of quickly. I want to say that this location has been awesome in the past and continues to exceed all expectations! Plus their Pizza doesn't taste like Papa John's Pizza which doesn't taste like this pizza which means this pizza tastes good and Papa John's does not in my opinion :-) even though it's not the worst...
I've been going to Marco's since this location opened. Probably the best pizza within a short drive from my neighborhood, and there are many nearby. That said, I find their recent service inconsistent, though punctual. In the last 4 months I've had two incidents: (1) I ordered a custom large, paid for the large, and was handed a medium. The staff didn't blink an eye. When I asked if that was their definition of a large, then they got embarrassed, gave me the medium and made a large. So I had to wait another length of time when I was in a hurry. But at least they tried to make amends. (2) I order a large custom on a recent occasion, went to the store, and had my phone ring as I was in the drive. I just went inside. They'd finished the pizza, but, they claimed, they'd run out of one of the custom ingredients and couldn't use it. Would that be okay? Well, no. I should have been called BEFORE the pizza was started. But it was late and I didn't want to wait around for another pizza to cook again, so they took the ingredient charge off the pizza. If management were ever to put a bit more effort into their people doing a proper job double-checking their work, and keeping the customer informed before cooking the pizza, I'd be giving the site a 5-star.
