Applebee's Grill + Bar

This is by far the most professional and service friendly Applebee’s location I have ever seen. My wife has a medical condition that makes going out to eat a challenge. Charity the GM went out of her way twice to help where other restaurants would not even try to accommodate. Also the food and service is consistent and the experience is above average when considering major chain restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to all.

Seemed understaffed on a busy night but hostess gave us heads up coming in we sat at table for about five while 1 sever ran around as fast as she could with hostess and bartender helping run food, we moved to bar to cut her slack and Matt was great and quick, food and drinks came out quick and delicious. They handled what seemed like a server calling out or something very well. Would definitely come back.

I think he forgot our food because he is a social butterfly. Food was warm. Other then that we enjoyed the service.

Doug is great. Said he doesn’t usually work at the site but there was an altercation between a party of customers. Two women and a male and the male kept pestering one woman and yelling for her to get in the car. Supposedly there was violence from the man towards her and Doug was there going above and beyond mediating the situation. Great job to the whole faculty that night since they were all out defending the woman. Unfortunately she got in the car with the piece of “work” and I hope she understands she’s gotta leave the guy. Best of luck to her and I hope the man gets what’s coming to him. Still, Doug and the other workers that night on 9/18/19, did a great job. Great job Applebee’s.
