CityRange Steakhouse Grill

Always heard positive reviews. I was disappointed. Brussels sprouts smelled so bad I couldn’t eat them. Mashed potatoes were delicious. The pecan encrusted chicken was nothing to brag about. Must have been an off night.

The initial wait was too long; however Nathan was very informative and answered all of our questions. The tuna wontons were delightfully spicy but not overpoweringly so. The dragon fruit beer was interesting, flavorful, and not as bitter as a normal beer. My husband's steak was perfect; however his asparagus was bland. I enjoyed my salmon. The dessert--bread pudding--was soft and delicious; the ice cream added a nice variant in texture and temperature.

We hadn’t been to City Range in several years and decided to make reservations to give it a try. We were about 15 minutes early and the hostess was very friendly and gladly seated us early. The atmosphere is very inviting. The inside of the restaurant is warm and welcoming, reminds you of a big lodge. The staff were all very helpful and attentive.
As to the meal itself, before dinner drinks were good, appetizer was great. Entree’s were also good. The shrimp and grits were a little bland for my taste, but good nonetheless.
Overall we enjoyed the dinner, maybe just a few small details to make it a 5/5 experience. We both commented that we would probably return soon and give another try.

So amazing!! The food is delicious and the flights of beer were really fun. The city brew beer is awesome!! Our waitress Sabrina was so sweet, nice, friendly and so knowledgeable! I loved having her as our waitress can't wait to go again!! With her being our waitress was the icing on the cake, couldn't ask for a better date night.
