Grill Marks - Haywood Mall

Establishment was nice and clean. Food was really good only issue was waitress giving straws out in our cups with her hands without wrappers on them. I felt it was very unsanitized and I feel they may need to look @ getting a vendor that supplies straws with wrappers on them.

Love the gluten free options and service has been good the couple times I've gone. They have gluten free fried green tomatoes! The burgers are great.

This was my first time visiting Grill Marks!! Ok this was the BEST burger I've eaten in a very long time! So good I told my son all other burger joints are fired! Grill Marks has excellent customer service and my food was served in a timely manner!! Grill Marks you left a Mark on my palate! ????????????

Food was amazing but service was lacking. We had to ask for refills and it took a while to get the check. The sliders were the perfect size and variety. The fries were perfectly seasoned and delicious.

This was my second time to Grill Marks and my husband's first time. We were happily pleased with the burgers that we ordered. We did order the Chowder Head Fries for our app and it was delicious but a little on the salty side with the seasoning salt.our burgers were made perfectly and our waitress was prompt with drink refills but didn't smother either. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing. They even have treats that you can purchase should you bring your dogs along to join you on the patio seating. I definitely would recommend this location to friends.
