Travinia Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar Greenville

This is the 2nd time I have eaten here. The first time was perfect! Food and service was great. Today, my second visit, the food was great but service left alot to be desired. Ordered off the lunch menu. Waitress got our orders wrong twice. I ordered Pollo Isabella with pasta. It came without pasta. A different server brought out the pasta once I said I ordered it and asked where it was. We ordered 3 to-go sandwiches. Specifically asked for meatball subs to be toasted. Not toasted. The 3rd was supposed to be Flounder Parmesean sandwich. It was just a small piece of flounder on top of orso (for $18.25!). The waitress looked at me a few times, passing by, seeing my empty glass and never came by to refill until we ordered dessert. I called manager when we returned home and saw our to-go. He offered for me to come back by and they would remake the flounder to sandwich. I informed him that we lived on other side of town and could not just come back by today. No other assistance in remedying the situation was offered. The food is still great. I just wish the service was as great as the food.

I was hesitant to go because of the reviews (they’re really old reviews) but decided to give it a shot and I’m so glad we did! Everyone was super friendly and we also found out that this restaurant is under new management and they know customer service!

Q was a great server! He had great recommendations and the food tasted amazing! We topped everything off with freshly made tiramisu! I highly recommend and we will definitely come again!
