So the place itself is very nice. Three story and open top patio. What was odd is they had no beer of their own on tap upstairs. He said they had two on the main floor.

We had a beer on the rooftop and then went downstairs to see what they had of their own. We couldn't get the bartender/staff to pay any attention to us so we left.

Staff on the rooftop were very nice and helpful. Knew how to smile.

Roof top was amazing! Pimento cheese fries so good. Also Buffalo burger. Fish and chips good.

I had the chicken plate with the rice and smash. It was bomb. The chicken is seasoned finely. Thebwice has a kick. And the smash, I took an extra order to go. That was how good the smash potato was. Best smash I ever had. Also don't forget the drinks! Great selection with an cool bartender. Great place.

The food was seriously excellent, however, the service, if you want to call it that was terribly frustrating. For a Saturday, it was totally understaffed . I actually saw one of the servers tell his table that their food would be right out, and they reminded him that they hadn't even ordered yet. They were there way before us. No one took our drink order for at least 10 minutes. Our check would have been higher if we hadn't had such slow service. We wanted dessert but we were afraid it would take too long, and we had places to be. Foolishly, we took a jar of pickles home, which took another 15 minutes. What are you guys doing?

UPDATE: We decided to give them another try on March 24, and I'm so glad we did. The food was amazing again, and this time our server was fantastic. I think her name was Kelsey, but not 100% on that. Regardless, everyone was wonderful today. The rooftop was even packed, and we had everything we needed at all times. I can't say enough about the food. Pretty much everything is made from scratch and out of this world. We will be back for sure!
