Always friendly staff, always greeted when I come in. Typically I order online and pickup. Not usually ready when it is suppose to be, especially when it's busy. However subs are always made correctly with fresh ingredients. The Italian or the Italian salad are my all time favorites!

Food is great. Customer service is ok. There are not enough employees during rush hour times. Service is a little slow. I was there Friday at noon. There was one person taking orders. There were at least 8 people in line. Come early if you are on your lunch hour.

This is my first time ever stopping here to grab a sandwich. I have had a super long day, had to pick up something quick and wanted something I knew was going to be good. When I tell you this is it... This. Is. It. These folks were so sweet and full of life and only wanted to help me get a full belly. They made the sandwiches swiftly and when I got home they were perfect. I asked for extra pickles, and she gave me a whole extra pickle which made my boyfriend absolutely ecstatic. They cut up with me while I was complaining about work oh yeah, and kept a smile on their face and stayed professional the whole time. I recommend these fine folks for your dining needs any day, any time. Keep it up ladies and gentlemen I will be by later on to bring you some cookies! Rock it on out Firehouse!!
