Seriously .. oh my that was GOOD. We ran down to this bistro after leaving the vet and sat outside because we had our fur kid with us. Both my hubby and I ordered their Up Classic breakfast sandwich . Very yummy. As we were sitting outside we noticed they had a variety of planters starting their (to be) fresh vegetables. That is awesome. We also noticed another person who had some type of breakfast salad with eggs on it which also looked fantastic. Going to have to stop in and try something different next time.

How can you not like fresh baked bread! Was here for breakfast with my wife. Had the Rest Stop and the Gap Creek sandwich. Both are delicious but the Rest Stop stole the show. Bacon potatoes on a sandwich! And on some delicious focaccia bread. Everything we saw come out of the kitchen looked very good. Not a huge amount of seating. There is some outdoor seating when the weather is warmer and a kid's menu for the youngsters.

We love Upcountry Provisions! The wraps are so good, I've never had wraps like them anywhere else. All the soups are delicious and filling. There's a lot of options for vegetarians and vegans. Seriously one of my favorite places to eat.
